Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as an Account Manager (Customer Service) located in Winston-Salem, NC. The Account Manager will be responsible for coordinating paperboard packaging orders from beginning to end, maintain finished goods inventories, as well as keeping open communication with customers, business development managers (BDM) and production team. Responsibilities Supports customers and BDM by communicating and resolving issues. Understands and maintains knowledge of Winston Packaging capabilities. Responsible for detailed entry of printed packaging orders for assigned accounts. Tracks orders through production and communicates any changes to production, BDM, and customer. Facilitates the proofing and approval process. Maintains an accurate finished goods inventory (using Excel spreadsheets) and assures products are shipped and invoiced with approved terms. Works in compliance with cGMP documentation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred Print Manufacturing experience strongly preferred 1-3 years customer service experience required Microsoft Office Suite - basic to above average computer skills including Excel Professional verbal and written communication Works both independently and in a team environment Good time management and organization skills Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
