Position Summary
The Customer Experience Intern, in partnership with the Customer Engagement Program Manager and/or Specialist, will learn through observation and participation how the team executes on customer engagement strategy and communication, creating internal and external communication to support Customer Experience, customer onboarding, loyalty and engagement programs and marketing at Busey. This role will report to the Customer Engagement Program Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Learn the tenets of creating communication and content for omnichannel onboarding, engagement and marketing programs.
  • Provide support for largescale customer impact, engagement and marketing initiatives.
  • Assist with customer engagement activities, such as survey analysis, formal customer experience reporting and engagement best practices.
  • Partner with members of the Marketing/Communications team to support additional customer engagement efforts, including:
  • Generative AI research
  • Cross-platform capabilities
  • Communication best practices
Education & Experience

Knowledge of:
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
Ability to:
  • Effectively engage with team members
  • Learn and research new topics
Education and Training:
  • Working toward a Bachelor's degree with a focus in Marketing, Communications, Business, Data Analytics, Finance or related field required .
  • Requires immediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with social mediums.
