Pay Range: $40 - $43/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- This role will be mainly focusing mostly on Time and Attendance (we use eTime, also very similar to Kronos).
- Work with ADP to resolve exceptions in Smart Compliance, work with Federal, State, and Local Income tax agencies.
- Assist with payroll reconciliations.
- Strong knowledge of US/PR income taxes, work experience with ADP Smart Compliance, knowledge of W2 and W2c processes.
