To be successful in this role, you must have:
3-5 years of marketing operations experience; B2B SaaS and PLG experience is a must
Hands-on experience implementing and managing various marketing systems and technologies; must have HubSpot experience
Hands-on experience leveraging CRM data to drive personalized customer journey experience and accurate marketing campaign targeting and segmentation
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into actionable marketing strategies and tactics; must have Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager experience
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with ability to clearly articulate information that influences data-driven business decisions
Proven ability to operate independently and efficiently to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously and successfully, without sacrificing attention to detail
Strong innovative thinking and curiosity you ask questions, understand the bigger picture, and proactively suggest ideas
Your Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Automation / Campaign Ops
Leverage CRM data to drive personalized customer journey experience and accurate marketing campaign targeting and segmentation
Carry out and execute on the strategic vision and roadmap for marketing automation
Continuously audit and optimize current workflows and campaigns
Standardize marketing campaign operations and processes to run effective marketing campaigns and ensure those initiatives are feeding accurate data into our attribution and reporting frameworks
Marketing Technology
Experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics on tracking and reporting marketing performance and efforts
Experience with HubSpot on designing and implementing campaigns and processes
Work closely with Marketing team to understand needs and gaps in technology, processes, and reporting
Assist with building, managing, and leveraging marketing technology infrastructure including roadmap development and implementation in collaboration with Marketing, Engineering, Product, Data, and other stakeholders
Marketing Analytics
Enable Marketing towards a standardized reporting framework and self-service of reporting and segmentation
Understand how data flows through marketing platforms to ensure segments are using all available data and that data is consistently and accurately being provided for
Assist with building out lead scoring and multi-touch attribution reporting
Preferred Qualifications:
Skills - Marketing reporting and analytics, building and refining processes, automation, and workflows, MarTech stack technical implementation and management
Education - Undergraduate in Marketing, Information systems, or Analytics
Technologies - Vast experience with Marketing technologies and systems
Portfolio of work - Experience managing a marketable database of 1M+
Relevant work experience - Worked at a high growth company
