Senior Accounting Analyst

to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:

Utilize analysis to drive business reporting, insights development and delivery, and business diagnosis

Determine and implement process improvements and/or automation

Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting

Analyze actual results and provide explanations for variances to plan and prior year

Assist with year-end external financial audits

Mentor staff team members

Assist in the generation of key financial metrics and reports

Assist with revenue forecasting/ other reporting needs

Qualifications:

Public Accounting experience

4+ years of total experience

CPA preferred

Passion for business analytics and working with large amounts of data with demonstrated ability to use data to influence decision making

Excellent communication and presentation skills to senior leadership
