Accounts Receivable Analyst Opportunity Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Accounts Receivable Analyst who is very hands-on and directly responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the financial records of the Company. This individual is results-driven with a focus on achieving and surpassing goals and deadlines.

Job Duties:

  • Record, verify, and post customer payments.
  • Maintain and update customer records including name, address, and credit limit.
  • Create and maintain aging reports to track customer and payment status.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure timely payments and collection status.
  • Coordinate with branches on customer status and payments.
  • Assist with internal and external audit requests with an eye for detail.

Work Experience and Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate would hold a bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in accounting or finance; two years of experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with accounting software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
