Job Description You will manage the day-to-day relationship with various Stellantis corporate and brand teams globally and identify opportunities to grow Stellantis’ success with HAAS Alert. This role requires a deep understanding of the automotive industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and value. Responsibilities Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with teams and stakeholders at Stellantis and their suppliers through effective communication and engagement; Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a deep understanding of our product offerings and tailor solutions to meet the specific needs of customers. Presentations and Proposals: Work with Creative and Communications teams to prepare compelling and customized sales presentations and proposals that address the unique requirements of target accounts; Clearly articulate the value proposition of our products and services to key decision-makers. Negotiation and Closing: In coordination with Finance, lead pricing and contracting discussions with clients, addressing concerns, and working towards sustainable and lasting agreements; Close deals and achieve or exceed sales targets within specified timelines. Business Growth: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Qualifications Live within 1 hour of Stellantis’ North American headquarters in Auburn Hills, Michigan; Significantly demonstrated business development and sales experience and success at an automotive manufacturer or supplier of software, data, or similar solutions and new technologies; Existing relationships with decision makers, product leaders, and other key representatives and stakeholders at Stellantis, and a reputation for honesty, integrity, and reliability; Strong and sophisticated understanding of automotive industry trends, technologies, and supply chain dynamics, especially automaker business challenges and goals; A winning spirit and orientation towards calculated risk, profitability, and sustainable, long-term engagements that deliver transformational value; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels within client organizations; Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets; Ability to travel as needed. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; Minimum of 10 years of successful experience in business development and sales within the automotive sector.
