Compensation: $900 Monthly Demo Bonus



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Automotive Parts Supervisor is essential to our management team, ensuring the department's profitability and growth. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Setting and striving to meet departmental goals and objectives.
  • Recruiting, training, motivating, and evaluating the performance of all parts department personnel.
  • Maintaining a balanced inventory that meets the needs of the service department, body shop, wholesale accounts, and retail customers.
  • Establishing pricing strategies that generate sufficient gross profit while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Managing individual parts inventory levels for optimal turnover.
  • Monitoring and adjusting inventory to reduce obsolescence.
  • Ensuring all parts are accurately tagged for full credit recovery from the manufacturer.
  • Implementing policies for special orders of parts.
  • Analyzing sales, expenses, and inventory monthly to achieve profit targets.
  • Addressing customer complaints promptly and in accordance with dealership policies.
  • Ensuring all dealership purchases are properly documented before payment.
  • Assisting in the collection of overdue accounts.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Two to four years of experience in parts management or a related field.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and train team members.
  • Proficiency in technology to enhance customer experience.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
  • Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively.
  • High energy and a positive attitude.
  • Valid driver's license.
