Multi-Unit Managers must have a high level of personal integrity and are able to drive results through continuous employee coaching, training, and sales and profit growth. They are also responsible for providing strong, positive leadership to his/her team to deliver _Friendly_ guest experiences, serve the _Freshest_ products, run the _Cleanest_ restaurants, and provide the _Fastest_ service.
