Become part of our team and contribute to our ongoing success story We are actively looking for a Territory Account Executive (Business Development) to join our high performing team in Jacksonville, FL. The Territory Sales Executive at Kustom US, Inc. is a dynamic role focused on driving revenue growth at the local level for our premier restoration services company, specializing in residential and commercial markets. This position requires a proactive, results-driven professional with a strong background in B2B sales, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a passion for partnering with operations to support local market expansion. The ideal candidate will excel in identifying opportunities, closing deals, and ensuring client satisfaction to achieve ambitious sales targets and contribute to Kustoms growth. Pay Range: $75,000- $95,000 + Commissions Location: Jacksonville region; Our office is located in Jacksonville, FL Key responsibilities: Local Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a territory-specific sales plan to achieve revenue targets for residential and commercial restoration services, including water, fire, mold, and storm damage solutions. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals within the assigned territory. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with local commercial clients (e.g., property managers, facility directors) and residential clients (e.g., homeowners, insurance adjusters). Educate clients on Kustoms restoration services, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Partnership with Operations Collaborate closely with local operations teams to align sales efforts with project execution, ensuring seamless delivery of restoration services and client satisfaction. Partner with operations to identify local growth opportunities, streamline project handoffs, and enhance service offerings based on market demands. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to showcase Kustoms value proposition. Negotiate and close contracts, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets. Industry Engagement & Networking Represent Kustom at local industry events, trade shows, and community gatherings to generate leads and enhance brand visibility in the restoration sector. Build a strong local network of industry contacts, including insurance professionals, property management firms, and community stakeholders. Market Analysis & Opportunity Identification Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify emerging opportunities for residential and commercial restoration services. Leverage insights to refine sales strategies and capitalize on untapped market potential. CRM & Reporting Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress in Salesforce. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to leadership, aligning with company goals and offering actionable insights. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience considered. 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in restoration, construction, or related industries, with a focus on local market growth. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships at the local level. Experience collaborating with operations teams to support service delivery and growth initiatives is a plus. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
