Job Summary:
Aihome is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Retail Sales Crew. As a Retail Sales Crew Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating our smart home products, and driving sales. If you are passionate about technology and enjoy engaging with customers, this role is perfect for you
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers, providing information about Aihome’s products and services.
Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of smart home products.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling products.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner.
Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and stay informed about new products and promotions.
Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting inventory counts.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Passion for technology and smart home products is a plus.

Positive and approachable demeanor with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Basic math skills and proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
