Guided by our unwavering values of Memorable Experiences, Generosity, Trust, Thinking Differently, and Having Fun, we lead by example, fostering an environment that brings out the best in each of us, every single day.POSITION SUMMARYOVME is looking for an experienced Lifecycle Marketing leader to reimagine, refine, and scale our CRM program and build a fanatical community of loyalists. You will be responsible for crafting the strategy to drive our full-funnel marketing outcomes and devising and implementing plans to retain and grow our client base.The Director, Lifecycle Marketing will report to the CMO, Ryan Bennett.This position can either be remote or hybrid out of our headquarters in Atlanta.Key ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIESStrategy Development :Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy to propel OVME's growth into the next phase.Identify opportunities for enhancing customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value (LTV).Collaborate with field leadership and studio teams to establish systems that enhance the client experience both digitally and in person.CRM System Management : Oversee the selection, implementation, and integration of existing and new CRM systems and tools.Enhance our current CRM systems to boost paid media conversion rates, total booking volume, and email and SMS performance.Evaluate the current tech stack, unlock tools in the existing systems, and launch new tools to optimize CRM system functionality.Serve as the technical lead on the marketing team to ensure connectivity between paid media and studio behavior for tracking and measuring performance.Data Management : Effectively manage client data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and security.Develop and maintain data quality standards and protocols.Utilize data analytics to gain insights into patient behavior and preferences, informing targeted marketing and sales strategies.Customer Segmentation and Personalization : Develop a sophisticated approach to personalization and segmentation based on a deep understanding of our patients and our data.Implement personalized communications to enhance the patient journey.Leverage automation and AI technologies to deliver personalized experiences at scale.Campaign Management : Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of CRM campaigns across multiple channels.Collaborate with marketing, brand, and field operations to develop targeted campaigns driving customer acquisition, retention, and upsell opportunities.Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on key metrics and KPIs.Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to CRM.Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation within the CRM function.Skills, Knowledge and ExpertisePROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS Proven experience in CRM leadership roles, with a track record of success in developing and implementing CRM strategies.Technically proficient with HTML and a general understanding of API toolsStrong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.Experience with Klaviyo, Zenoti, or similar CRM systems is preferred.Benefits 15 Days Paid Time Off10 Paid HolidaysMedical, Dental, Vision 45/55 percent Employee/Employer Split- PrimaryMedical, Dental, Vision 70/30 percent Employee/ Employer Split-DependentsShort and Long Term Disability, AD&D, and Life Insurance 100% company-paid401k Employee Contribution401k Employer Match- Coming later this year, 2024Employee Assistance Program (EAP) ResourcesOveralls LifeConciergeEmployee Service Allowance50% Employee Retail DiscountFriends and Family DiscountTeam Member Referral Bonus#J-18808-Ljbffr
