Position Summary

As the Manager, Content and Social Media Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our digital narrative. Y ou'll lead the charge in shaping our digital narrative and amplifying our brand's voice across various platforms. From captivating blog posts to dynamic social media campaigns, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, inspire positive change,

enhance brand visibility, engagement, and reputation across digital platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to craft compelling content that resonates with our customers and patience, driving engagement and fostering meaningful connections. You'll be instrumental in developing and executing our social media strategy, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize our reach and impact. Duties and Responsibilities

Collaborates with team members to develop and execute comprehensive content and social media strategies that resonate with our target audience and reflect our brand identity. Supervises the creation and distribution of engaging content across social media platforms, internal communication channels, and other relevant mediums. Manages and provides guidance to the Social Media Coordinator, Internal Communications Specialist, and Staff Writer, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and brand standards. Coordinates with the Internal Communications Specialist to ensure seamless integration of internal and external messaging, fostering a cohesive organizational culture. Guides the Staff Writer in producing high-quality written materials, including articles, blog

posts, and promotional content, that effectively communicate our initiatives and values. Monitors social media trends and analytics, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize our social media strategy and maximize reach and impact. Fosters a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging creativity and continuous improvement within the team. Provides mentorship and professional development opportunities to team members, supporting their growth and success within the organization. Monitors and evaluates the performance of content and social media initiatives, leveraging analytics and feedback to drive strategic decision-making and optimization. Serves as a liaison between the content and social media team and other departments, facilitating cross-functional collaboration and alignment on key initiatives. Performs other duties as assigned. Knowledge and Skills

Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing successful content and social media strategies, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Proven ability to effectively lead and mentor a team of content creators, social media coordinators, and internal communications specialists. Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content for diverse audiences. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and best practices for maximizing engagement and reach. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strategic thinking and analytical abilities, with the capacity to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization. Passion for storytelling and creativity, with a commitment to upholding the organization's brand voice and values. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to content creation and social media marketing, particularly in the healthcare sector. Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or related roles.
