We provide a range of services to our customers including heating, air conditioning, indoor air quality, ductless air systems, geothermal heat pumps, commercial refrigeration, and more Custom ductwork is fabricated in our in-house sheet metal shop by state-licensed fabricators. The air conditioning and heating arena is our business, not a sideline. YOUR DAY AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - ADMIN ASSISTANT
As a Customer Service Representative - Admin Assistant, you work directly with our customers and carry out a range of administrative duties. By responding promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone or email, you ensure their satisfaction. You also assist customers with scheduling their appointments and managing our internal calendars. Additionally, you help process payments and handle any complaints or issues with empathy and patience, ensuring that our customers receive the assistance they require.
Apart from customer support, you also take care of various administrative tasks that help us stay organized. Whether it's documenting important information, scheduling meetings, or facilitating communication between team members, you are always eager to assist with any administrative work. Your dedication to supporting our team and maintaining a positive work environment brings you a great sense of satisfaction.
WHAT WE NEED FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - ADMIN ASSISTANT

Phone skills
Basic computer skills
