Job Description

As a Front of House Team Member, you'll be responsible for providing a positive experience for our customers, working collaboratively with your team to ensure seamless service, and upholding the high standards of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels valued and appreciated.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to deliver efficient and accurate service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Availability to work at least two Saturdays a week.
  • Ability to understand and uphold Chick-fil-A's customer service standards and operational excellence.
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus.
