Participate in site safety plan implementation (weekly safety meetings, pre-task planning, accident investigation). Support project managers and superintendents in maintaining field operations (scheduling, testing, inspections, maintaining look ahead schedules, daily reports, quality management). Assist with cost management from COR log to the identification of scope in subcontracts, changes through estimating and execution of change orders. Prepare/process Subcontractor pay applications, drafting Owner invoices with PM. Pre-shovel assistance (constructability studies, baseline scheduling, estimating, bid analyses, etc.). Obtain and maintain individual safety and project management certifications (OSHA 10, SWPPP, LEED, DBIA, ParkSmart). Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education Required: Bachelors or better in Construction Engineering or related field. Experience Required: At least 1-3 years of construction-related experience, or equivalent required. General knowledge of construction principles/practices required.
