Job description

Infosys is seeking a Mobile Automation Testing Lead,

As a QA Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create innovative high quality and defect-free solutions to meet our clients' business needs. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • 4 years of Information Technology experience
  • Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.
  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Duluth, GA or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US and Canada
  • 4 years of experience in years of experience in Mobile Automation Testing.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experienced in running Mobile Testing Projects, in iOS and Android platform
  • Experienced in API automation (good to have)
  • Establish right connect with stakeholders and coordinate the overall program, and take client through the transformation initiatives
  • Good Understanding of iOS platforms, OS market releases & Domain knowledge in Retail sector. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
  • Good Hands-on with prevalent Test Management & Defect Tracking Tools
  • Connect with stakeholders and understand the requirements, plan the test strategy
  • Plan the testing as per requirements and schedule. Execute the testing as per the plan
  • Maximum leverage of automation for the testing needs
  • Review Project work and the progress on a regular basis via Daily, weekly and fortnightly ceremonies.
  • Have in-depth Application knowledge and perform hands-on for defects finding and tracking
  • Keep track of defect and closely work with development team enabling quick resolution
  • Provide guidance if any and feedback to ensure adherence with varying project requirements.
  • Set milestones to accomplish project deliverables; provide guidance to help accomplish the goals and milestones
  • Presenting the Project deliverables to the Project stakeholders from Infosys and the Client organizations
  • Keep track of project deliverables and review with stakeholders periodically
  • Track, review and approve the Timesheets, authorize leaves and ensure compliance with Infosys processes and policies
  • Deploy varying communication methods to achieve effective supervision, including, but not limited to in-person meetings; audio, video, and other calls; reports and interaction through Infosys systems and platforms.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
