PrideStaff, a national Staffing Company, is looking to hire a Recruiting Assistant for our growing Fort Myers office.

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, Full Time

Pay Rate: $16 Hr. plus performance based monthly bonus

Location: Fort Myers

Major Responsibilities:

•Answer incoming calls and either assist the call or triage it to the appropriate person

•Enter accurately all necessary applications and field associate information into the ATS

•Pre-screen, schedule for in-person interviews and onboard qualified applicants

•Process new hire documentation within the ATS

•Handle client and applicant matters in a timely and professional manner

•Recruit candidates for open positions

•Marketing On-Going Projects & Other Essential Tasks as Needed

Recruiting Assistant Requirements, Skills and Abilities:

•Associates Degree preferred

•Marketing and Social Media Savvy

•Bilingual English /Spanish a plus

•Skill to type 50 words per minute

•Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision

•Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems

•Ability to answer a high volume of incoming calls

•Ability to create job ads and job templates

•Professional communication skills - both verbal and written

Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge in the following programs is desired: MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, Adobe Acrobat & creating PDFs.
