Position Responsibilities

Partnership Development

o Manage the development of opportunities and creation of statements of work (contracts) for the organization

o Assist the Director of Business Operations in executing the RFP and bid process for the organization

o Assist the Director of Business Operations and Director of Service Operations in ensuring projects are created as needed in Mission Control, including creating them and ensuring that the setup maps to how the project will be billed to the partner

o Manage special contracting situations and paperwork as needed

Business Operations

o In partnership with the Director of Professional Learning, ensure all products and services are up to date in Salesforce

o Support the Director of Business Operations in ensuring the organizations business tools are most effectively supporting the NIET team, including the execution of the RFP and proposal tracking process

o Support the Director of Business Operations with the creation of users, passwords, and templates in Salesforce and Mission Control

o Support the Director of Business Operations on process improvements, as requested

Desired Qualifications

2 years of experience managing contracting for an organization, non-profit experience a plus

Bachelors degree
