Whod have predicted that two guys jumping in a truck back in 1984 to head out bush and help deliver newspapers during a rail strike, would soon become what Followmont is to this day. While we continue to evolve by; building new depots, purchasing new vehicles, servicing more communities and adding to the Followmont family, one thing has remained the same and thats our family values. Here at Followmont, we care about our people and recognise that they are the key to our success.

As we continue to expand into our brand new depot that has been purposely designed to suit our operation, were currently seeking a highly driven, customer focused individual to join our PUD team on a Full-Time basis.

**The Job;**

* Work Monday to Friday and occasional weekends | Starting between 5:30am and 8:00am each day | Doing approx. 9 to 10 hours per shift

* Work to deliver high levels of service to our customers through effectively transporting general freight supporting the Toowoomba & Surrounding Area communities

* Completing daily equipment inspections and necessary paperwork including pre-start checks as well as filling out run sheets, PODs and logbooks

* Operate a forklift or pallet jack to load and unload general freight when applicable as well as conduct varying repetitive manual handling tasks

* Knowledge and ability to utilise IT platforms such as PDA's to scan freight and capture live signatures

**Qualifications**

* Hold a current MR license and Forklift Ticket (LF) with proven experience

* Can demonstrate that you have operated a vehicle to complete multiple deliveries or similar Customer Service based role

* A strong level of resilience and ability to problem solve coupled with the capability to work within a fast-paced, high pressure environment

* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen, as well as a criminal history check if required
