Position Overview:

As an Employment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our HR processes by managing recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives. You'll utilize your exceptional organizational skills and expertise in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR information systems (HRIS) to streamline operations and ensure a seamless experience for our employees and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with HR and hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Manage the full cycle of recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations.

Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.

Implement retention strategies and initiatives to promote employee engagement and satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system and HRIS to track candidate progress and employee data.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Employment Specialist or in a similar HR role, with a strong track record in recruitment and onboarding.

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR information systems (HRIS).

Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer service orientation.

Associate's degree.
