Overview: As a Claims Processing Manager at FreezPak Logistics, you will play a pivotal role in managing the freight claims process, ensuring effective communication, and driving resolutions. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire claims/ OS&D lifecycle, from initiation to settlement, with a strong emphasis on customer service and stakeholder relationship management.

Qualifications: Minimum 5 years in claims and insurance processing of cargo issues. Strong knowledge of cargo insurance policies, procedures, and regulations. Experience handling total loss cargo damage claims. Good negotiation skills. Experience conducting negotiations of claims with represented and non-represented claimants. Open to thinking/working with an outside-the-box approach. Analytical and able to work under pressure.
