Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Arts Apartments at Broadway Commons in Garland, TX is seeking a dynamic Leasing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a company representative conveying the benefits of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations.

Duties:

  • Effectively explains all lease and community policies to new and current residents.
  • Accurately and efficiently prepares and assists with all leasing paperwork.
  • Collects security deposits, rent and all other funds associated with resident moves.
  • Conducts follow-up activity with all residents in order to establish positive resident relations.
  • Attends and assists in the coordination and organization of resident relations and activities, such as newsletters, parties, etc.
  • Supports the overall marketing efforts of the community.
