This position is responsible for enforcing alcoholic beverage laws and regulations for Frederick County and the State of Maryland.

This position serves as a peace officer.

Direction may be received from office personnel; Supervision is received from the Liquor Board Director and the Board of License Commissioners.

This position works independently and is responsible for traveling to all licensed establishments within Frederick County.
