Contract to hire contingent upon job performance and attendance

$18.20 per hr

Job Summary:

The Member Support Analyst provides essential technical support and assistance to HPG members, ensuring seamless operation of various system applications. This role involves troubleshooting issues, resolving inquiries, and maintaining a positive member experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support:
    • Provide Tier 1 technical support for HPG system applications (Member Portal, IMS, CatScan, PASS, CCM, VIRA, HOME, SMART, iCommit, and SSR).
    • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity.
    • Document and track incident resolution processes.
  • Member Relations:
    • Interact with members to understand their needs and provide timely solutions.
    • Educate members on system usage and best practices.
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with members.
  • Data Analysis:
    • Analyze member data to identify trends and potential issues.
    • Assist in identifying areas for process improvement.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex issues.
    • Contribute to ongoing process improvements and knowledge sharing.
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong customer service skills, including excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a technical support role.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry terminology and practices.
  • Experience with call center software and tracking tools.
