Up to 5% travel may be required Qualifications: Ability to obtain and maintain DoD security clearances as required. Experience and knowledge of manufacturing methods, specifically in composites, metals, and electronics. Experience with technical writing, specifically work instructions and process documentation. Experience using Microsoft Office products. Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience. Preferred Additional Skills: Masters degree in relevant engineering field or related field and/or equivalent experience desired Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, & presentation) Experience in a 3D CAD software. Experience in Creo is preferred Basic understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing Experience with 3D Printing/Additive Manufacturing Experience with SQL or data analytics Experience/certification in lean practices; 5S, six sigma, etc Experience in aviation or military systems manufacturing preferred Experience with creating and presenting performance metrics #J-18808-Ljbffr
