Job responsibilities require strong interpersonal and organizational skills, knowledge of clinic operations, and provision of general clinic support through the use of technology and interprofessional collaboration. + Facilitates communication among providers, clinical and access team members, and other support services following established processes. + Performs various clerical duties to support clinic operations for continuity and efficiency of service including process and documentation of patient paperwork. + Maintains clinic supplies and handles purchasing and maintenance transactions. + Assumes responsibility for professional development of self and contributes to and assists with the professional development of others. + In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned. Position Compensation Range: $16.64 - $25.79 Hourly MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent **.** Experience: 1 year of relevant experience preferred. Licensure: Valid Virginia Driver’s License may be required. PHYSICAL DEMANDS **Job requires standing** **for prolonged periods, frequently bending/stooping, climbing (ladder, steps), reaching (overhead, extensive, repetitive) and driving. Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail and ability to write legibly; Ability to lift/push/pull 50 - 100lbs.
