Position Summary: The Order Management Representative will handle inbound/outbound calls, and emails accurately and professionally while assisting customers with orders and questions for both current and prospective customers. The representative is responsible for providing best in class service and enhancing the customer experience. This is a full-time onsite position in our Boca Raton, FL office.

Qualifications

Education, Experience and Technical Skills:
  • Excellent verbal communication
  • Excellent written communication
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • Computer proficiency
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excel skills strongly preferred
