Our client is striving to help industrial manufacturers develop the disruptive technologies of today and the life-changing products of tomorrow. Their strength comes from their global footprint and enormous portfolio of advanced industrial sensors, measurement technologies, factory automation, simulation, and analytics tools.

We are looking for a talented Demand Generation Specialist to join our marketing team, as a Demand Generation Specialist, you will focus on digital, email, webinar, and third-party marketing programs to drive qualified leads for our sales team. You will create nurturing and trigger-based digital and email campaigns, deliver tailored marketing messages to targeted personas, and drive optimization through frequent and ongoing testing and analysis. The ideal candidate will be creative, have a collaborative work ethic, strong attention to detail, data-driven decision making, and a passion to deliver programs and projects that drive the growth and health of our business.

Responsibilities:
•Own the development of high-performing demand generation campaigns (email, PPC, display, in-person and virtual events, landing pages) in collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Sales to generate new leads and enhance product adoption.
•Plan, execute, and optimize targeted paid digital and social campaigns, leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, reddit, 6sense, Google, and Youtube.
•Work with third-party vendors (new and existing) to increase inbound lead flow. Align closely with lead-nurturing strategies to impact opportunity creation.
•Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling messaging and content aligned with campaign goals.
•Monitor and analyze the performance of demand generation campaigns, providing regular reports with actionable insights.
•Collaborate with Marketing Operations to maintain marketing automation best practices including list management, email deliverability, optimization, and data quality and hygiene.

Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
•At least 3 years' experience in a fast-paced, demand generation focused marketing organization, ideally at a SaaS company.
•In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and paid social advertising platforms.
•Strong understanding of buyer personas and buyer journey mapping.
•Familiarity with marketing tools (Pardot, 6Sense, Monday) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
•Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
•Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
•Ability to learn new technologies, products and systems quickly.
•Passion for staying ahead of the latest marketing trends and technologies.
•Ability to work in fast-paced environment, rapidly adapting to change and shifting
