About this role

As a Senior Software Engineer, Backend, you will work directly with the CTO and

technical team to architect and implement core data systems. Were a small team

looking to bring on our next team member who is excited about building technology to

reshape the real estate landscape. You will be a key member of the early team and will

be collaborating with teammates who are also incredibly passionate about building

high-quality, design-intuitive, and data-driven consumer products.

Role responsibilities Design and build robust, scalable data pipelines to support real estate-relatedrecommendation engines, matching algorithms, and other models. Create, maintain, and expand robust and flexible data foundation that can supportvarious data use cases. Contribute to database management and optimization of data storage and retrieval. Consider everything a work in progress: constantly polish existing features anditerate on feedback. Serve as a role model and tech lead for the rest of our development team
