Als Junior HR Tools Consultant

bouw je een grondige kennis op

van de

brede waaier van de HR Tools

van Hudson en word je betrokken in verschillende HR projecten en ontwikkelingen ondersteund door je ervaren collegas (R&D consultants & IT ontwikkelaars):
Je focust op het

ontwikkelen

van assessment simulatie oefeningen, online testen en andere instrumenten voor selectie, assessment, development & coaching doeleinden.
Je legt contacten en onderhoudt

relaties met klanten , verzamelt en analyseert de beschikbare informatie om op maat gemaakte HR-oplossingen te creren.
Je draagt je kennis over HR tools uit naar klanten en collegas via

advies

op maat. Je werkt ondersteunend materiaal uit zoals handleidingen, (digitale) communicatie en opleidingen.
De innovatie en optimalisatie projecten waar je actief aan deelneemt, houden onder mee in: het uitvoeren van data-analyses op basis van Power BI, het onderzoeken van nieuwe HR-trends en methodieken (zoals Artificile Intelligentie, Big Data) of belangrijke themas (zoals diversiteit, integriteit, wendbaarheid ), het testen van nieuw ontwikkelde tools, het verbeteren van de deelnemers- en gebruikerservaring, etc.
Profiel

Je hebt een master diploma.
Je kan je, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, vlot uitdrukken in het

Nederlands en Engels . Een sterke kennis van het Frans is een troef.
Je hebt een kritische en analytische instelling, met oog voor detail.
Je hebt een sterke interesse in HR methodologien en tools die het echte verschil maken voor organisaties en in de carrire van mensen.
Je wil bijdragen aan het garanderen van een blijvende hoge kwaliteit van alle wetenschappelijk onderbouwde en evidence-based tools en assessment oplossingen
Klantgerichtheid, teamspirit, grondigheid, kritische geest en de wil om een oplossing te bieden zijn kenmerken die jou typeren.
Je hebt zin voor verantwoordelijkheid, autonomie en professionaliteit. Je bent hands-on en hebt zin voor initiatief.
