Recrutement & Sélection , nous recherchons un senior consultant: En tant que senior consultant, vous assumez la responsabilité des

missions de recrutement de A à Z . Vous effectuez une analyse approfondie des besoins de vos clients et vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec vos collègues afin de définir la méthode de recrutement la plus appropriée (annonce, base de données, direct search ou autre). Vous rencontrez les candidats et présentez les meilleurs d’entre eux à vos clients. Vous évaluez le potentiel des profils finalistes lors d’un assessment center et vous rédigez des recommandations qualitatives sous forme d'un rapport destiné à vos clients. Vous êtes l'interlocuteur principal de vos clients et de vos candidats tout au long du processus de recrutement. Vous suivez de manière professionnelle, proactive et régulière l’état des missions. Après engagement, vous accompagnez et effectuez le suivi d’intégration des candidats chez leur nouvel employeur. Vous établissez une vraie relation de confiance avec vos clients et vous leur recommandez les méthodes de recrutement et de sélection les plus pertinentes en tenant compte de leur stratégie d’entreprise, des exigences du poste et du contexte du marché. Vous êtes aussi le

partenaire stratégique

de vos clients et vous entamez un dialogue avec eux sur leurs défis en matière de ressources humaines. Leur fidélisation et la relance commerciale vous incombent. Vous collaborez avec vos collègues au sein de Hudson pour partager les opportunités identifiées chez vos clients et prospects et développer les meilleures solutions sur mesure pour eux. Avec l’équipe, vous jouez un

rôle important dans le développement de nos activités

et de notre visibilité sur le marché wallon. Vous élargissez votre réseau professionnel et vous vous tenez au courant des nouvelles tendances en matière de RH, notamment via les formations internes Hudson. Profil

Vous êtes idéalement en possession d’un diplôme de niveau Master et témoignez d’une

expérience de 5 à 10 ans dans la consultance, avec un minimum de 5 ans dans le recrutement de hauts profils . Vous êtes francophone de langue maternelle avec une bonne connaissance du néerlandais et/ou de l’anglais. Votre compréhension des différents secteurs d'activité et des différentes cultures d’entreprise fait de vous un partenaire précieux pour nos clients en matière de stratégie RH et commerciale. La connaissance du milieu industriel est un atout. Vous êtes passionné(e) par le recrutement et vous avez un don pour trouver l’adéquation parfaite entre les talents et vos clients. Vous souhaitez évoluer en tant que professionnel des Ressources Humaines, affiner et développer votre professionnalisme et votre méthodologie. Vous êtes attiré(e) par l’évaluation du potentiel via assessment centers. Une expérience dans ce domaine, ou au minimum une grande affinité, est un atout. Vous avez un sens du Service hors du commun et vous êtes centré(e) sur la satisfaction des clients. Vous êtes à l’écoute des besoins, faites preuve de proactivité et êtes orienté(e) résultats.
