Het Recruitment & Selection team in Hasselt is op zoek naar een gedreven collega voor het ontwikkelen van de business in de regio Limburg voor de dienstverlening van Hudson, met focus op Talent Attraction. Het Recruitment & Selection team in Hasselt helpt klanten bij het invullen van middel- en senior management vacatures. Door de combinatie van jouw commerciële skills en jouw vlotheid om deuren te openen, weet je Hudson klanten en prospecten te overtuigen dat Hudson een sterke partner is om het juiste talent aan te trekken voor de sleutelfuncties binnen hun organisatie. Samen met het management ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitbouwen van een nieuwe en bestaande klantenportefeuille gericht op Talent Attraction. Jij zet mee commerciële acties op om dit doel te realiseren. Als relatiebouwer bespreek je de people uitdagingen met potentiële klanten en breng je hen in contact met de juiste Talent Attraction expert in het team. Je initieert nieuwe contacten, houdt sterk vinger aan de pols en speelt kort op de bal. Je neemt initiatief om netwerkevents bij te wonen en benut elk connectiemoment om relaties te versterken. Je houdt het overzicht over de diverse commerciële acties in de regio. Je bent een echte Hudson ambassadeur. Door jouw aanwezigheid in de markt zal je leads detecteren voor je eigen team, maar ook voor andere expertise domeinen waarvoor je samenwerkt met jouw Hudson collega’s. Netwerken is voor jou een tweede natuur. Je bent op jouw best als je nieuwe mensen kan ontmoeten en activeert je business netwerk in Limburg. Je hebt zo een sterke impact op de ontwikkeling van de business in de regio Limburg. Wanneer het contact met een account is gelegd, of een bestaande account is uitgebouwd, wordt dit inhoudelijk verder opgevolgd door één van de Hudson account managers en verleg jij je focus naar nieuwe interessante prospecten. Je hebt bij voorkeur een bachelor- of masterdiploma en een mooie ervaring in

business development in een B2B omgeving , idealiter binnen de

dienstensector . Je bent bereid veel energie te steken in het uitbouwen van je netwerk en toont ondernemerschap in functie van de doelstellingen van jouw team. Je kan goed luisteren en met de nodige empathie voel je aan hoe je gesprekspartner wil schakelen en wanneer je de juiste personen met elkaar in contact brengt. Als echte teamspeler breng je een positieve vibe en haal je voldoening uit het introduceren van nieuwe leads voor je collega’s. Je kan klanten in het Nederlands aanspreken.
