  • Address any driver-related issues or concerns.
  • Prepare and manage the fleet budget.
  • Monitor and control fleet-related expenses.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports on fleet performance.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Implement fleet management software and other technologies.
  • Stay informed about new developments and innovations in fleet management.
  • Evaluate and adopt new tools and practices to enhance fleet efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management principles and practices.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in using fleet management software and other relevant technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid drivers license.
