**Job Description**

As the Regional Grocery Sales Manager for Morton Salt you will be are responsible for achieving the sales and profitability plan for the assigned territory. The role will work collaboratively with customers, food brokers and the supply chain team. This role is also responsible for providing leadership of strategic projects driving brand growth and market development. The role also will be responsible for:

* Achieving the Morton Salt annual net revenue, margin, market share and volume plans for the assigned territory

* Working with broker managers and senior broker leadership to develop and implement strategic customer business plans to deliver profitable sales growth.

* Working cross functionally with Brand and Sales Leadership to develop and execute grocery channel strategies

* Evaluating and implementing Consumer Products industry best practices

* Assessing market voids or untapped market potential and developing strategies to realize potential

* Orchestrating and conducting top to top meetings with key grocery customers

* Representing Morton Salt at industry events/ trade shows

* Evaluation of current staff /broker organization to ensure proper resource allocation and capabilities

* **NOTE: The Region Manager will preferably be located West of the Mississippi. Prefer Dallas/Austin or a CA location. Open to consider others residing in a major metro market.**
