  • Regularly order necessary supplies and manage damaged merchandise according to company guidelines.
  • Ensure accurate pricing of all merchandise, including promotional items, through diligent shelf price audits.
  • Implement merchandising strategies to enhance sales and profit margins.

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Develop staff schedules based on store needs and projected sales volumes.
  • Train and supervise department personnel, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and address any personnel issues promptly.

Safety and Compliance:
