You provide Human Resources leadership for the management team and the Sagewood community. You are the key to sharing current knowledge of all Human Resources and employee regulations/laws including benefits and recruiting to ensure compliance. Partner with others to build and retain the best talent and build our brand as the employer of choice for our 400 employees (with more to come) who work in Independent Living, Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living/Memory Care. Who are you:

· Minimum 7 years of experience (and passion) human resources experience showing growth and leadership (at least 3 years leading a HR team)

· Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

· SPHR or PHR/SHRM-SCP or SHRM- CP preferred

· Computer proficiency to include MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

· Excellent customer service and people skills.

· Demonstrated ability to use discretion in working with sensitive and/or confidential information.

· Must pass background check and obtain Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Level 1 (we can help with the card).

· Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.

· Partner with managers to build the best teams.

· Bilingual in Spanish a PLUS

· Creative problem solver.
