Job Title: CSS Project Manager
Remote East Coast with travel to ***, M-F, 8am - 5pm

Travel Requirements: 25-50% domestic travel possible

Scope of Position:
End-to-End Project Management for Workforce Central migration to Pro Workforce Management: Take ownership of end-to-end project management for migration
This includes chartering, resource planning, budgeting, Sponsor and Executive Committee review, planning, execution, stakeholder engagement, and project closure.
Engaging with Finance/HR Leadership in a multi-national/multi-cultural environment to gain stakeholder alignment and present Project Status, Findings, and Results.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Payroll/HR stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate project status.
Efficient Project Management: Implement streamlined processes for prioritizing work and allocating resources to effectively deliver projects.
Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project charters, plans, resource plans, and cost estimates to guide project execution.
Resource Management: Manage project resources effectively to ensure the timely achievement of project deliverables.
Financial Oversight: Review project spending, identify variances, and take proactive measures.
Stakeholder Updates: Provide regular project updates to the Sponsor, Steerage, and Project Management Offices (PMOs).
Risk Management: Document and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring proactive risk mitigation.
Issue Escalation: Escalate issues as needed to facilitate timely and effective resolution.
Documentation and Tracking: Document project activities, scope changes, and lessons learned.
Project Delivery Oversight: Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Leadership Role: May be assigned to lead either multi-million-dollar projects or multiple smaller scope projects based on the project portfolio and business requirements.

Travel Requirements: 25-50% domestic travel possible

Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree required
MBA or equivalent.
Previous experience in Payroll/HR work including work in Shared Services Centers.
Previous experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management implementations - Timekeeping, Accruals, and Attendance modules.
Staffed and responsible for a work stream of tasks/deliverables on a complex systems implementation; project management work experiences.
Strong background working with multiple groups and cross-functional teams.

Required Skills:

Functional Business Expertise: Practical experience in Payroll/HR, contributing valuable functional business insights.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrates strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills with exceptional follow-through.

Desired Skills:
Shared Service Process Understanding: Proven experience and understanding of Shared Service processes gained through involvement in deployment or integration projects.
Previous experience with migration from Workforce Central to Pro Workforce Management
Functional Finance System Knowledge:
Certification:
o Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
o Certified Green Belt in [Six Sigma or relevant certification], demonstrating a commitment to process improvement and efficiency.
