Job Description

Manage and maintain accurate financial records related to workforce expenses, including salaries, benefits, bonuses, and other compensation components.Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure the integrity and reliability of workforce-related financial data.Collaborate with HR and other departments to forecast and budget workforce expenses, ensuring alignment with overall financial objectives.Conduct regular analyses of workforce-related financial metrics to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations for optimizing financial performance.Lead strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing financial performance tracking and operational efficiency, including process improvements, automation, and technology enhancements.Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to workforce finance and leverage this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.Serve as a subject matter expert on workforce finance matters, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders as needed.Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.Strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and methodologies, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques; experience with financial systems/software preferred.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.Proven track record of driving results and implementing process improvements in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to senior management.
