Reporting directly to the CEO, the VP of HR will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for shaping and executing HR strategies that support the company's business goals and enhance organizational performance. Provide strategic guidance and support to the executive team on HR matters. Foster a culture of high performance, innovation, and continuous improvement. Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process to attract and retain top talent. Develop and implement talent management and succession planning programs. Enhance employee engagement, retention, and career development initiatives. Performance Management: Design and implement effective performance management systems. Provide coaching and support to managers on performance-related issues. Ensure alignment of individual and team performance with organizational goals. Employee Relations and Compliance: Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes. Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations. Organizational Development: Lead organizational design and change management initiatives. The Ideal Vice President of Human Resources Candidate: Proven track record of success as a Vice President of Human Resources or similar senior HR leadership role in a large organization (1000+ employees). Strong understanding of all HR functions, with a focus on strategic HR management. Experience developing and implementing a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with business goals. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and inspire a high-performing HR team. Proven ability to build strong relationships with senior leadership and stakeholders across the organization. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
