The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for executing various administrative functions related to employee management, payroll processing, recruitment efforts, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will exhibit meticulous attention to detail, effective communication skills, outstanding customer service, and a strong commitment to confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain precise and current human resource documentation, ensuring data integrity across payroll, benefits, and timekeeping systems.
  • Oversee all administrative tasks associated with recruitment and onboarding, including job postings, candidate management, background checks, and eligibility verifications.
  • Conduct employment and wage verifications, manage unemployment claims in collaboration with HR colleagues and departmental leaders.
  • Administer vendor and visitor badge processes, ensuring proper issuance and retrieval of badges as necessary.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of relevant office experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, with the ability to quickly adapt to payroll management and HR information systems.

Work Environment

This role is situated in a standard medical office setting, characterized by regular interruptions and a dynamic atmosphere. The position primarily involves sedentary tasks, with the need to navigate the office and operate standard office equipment.
