As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.What the day will look likeWithin the Regional Marine team, work to support the Head of Cargo & Logistics to support delivery of Cargo & Logistics strategy and growth across AsiaTake ownership of the servicing and retention of an agreed number of key Cargo & Logistics accounts in the regionWork with Aon retail teams to review, innovate and advise on the broking strategy for key clients, always seeking to bring the best of Aon to the clientProactively manage and coordinate responses to quotations and tenders from the region, supporting placement where requiredBuild and foster rapport with colleagues across Aon, our insurers and reinsurers to develop leads and opportunities in an Aon United mannerBe part of the regional technical centre of excellence for Cargo & Logistics, training colleagues, supporting client engagement, reviewing insurance structure and identifying cross-selling opportunitiesSupport major Cargo & Logistics claims advocacy across the region where requiredDrive uniformed discipline around Cargo & Logistics pipelining and processEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and operational procedures/processesSkills and experience that will lead to successGood experience in applying technical Cargo and/or Logistics expertise to insurance placement and/or client servicingRelevant qualifications in maritime, legal and/or insurance are desirableProven track-record within the Cargo and/or Logistics Liabilities marine insurance market, ideally within AsiaExperience handling international, corporate or large complex commercial clients, ideally within AsiaAbility to forge strong relationships with country and specialty colleagues as well as clients and insurers, including a willingness to travel and engage with stakeholders across the regionCommitment to delivering exceptional client value through service, expertise, and innovationAbility to problem solve and think objectively on complex mattersStrong communicator, negotiator, and advocatorHow we support our colleaguesIn addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
