Job Description:

Lead the full spectrum of all project execution and consulting work including but not limited to:

Preparing project scope, timeline, budget, control measures, types of reporting, etc.

Take ownership to monitor, track, prepare and provide project updates, progress, and development to respective stakeholders on a regular basis while ensuring all meeting routines, agendas, and timelines are kept well in control.

Manage and maintain the RAID and TAR logs including managing risk, assumptions, issues, and decisions made during a project.

Manage project risks, stakeholders, budgets, and any unforeseen situations that may arise in implementing the projects (if any) and unblock problems and impediments challenges while maintaining timely and accurate communication with all stakeholders and relevant parties.

Oversee the preparation of SOPs, documents, etc for the projects and any processes implemented properly and shared updated versions in a timely manner.

Act as the key point of contact among all stakeholders.

Lead a team to cultivate teamwork and open communication among respective stakeholders involved in the designated projects and take on the ownership to anticipate potential pitfalls, communication issues, etc and to offer a clearer perspective and point of view during the project implementation process.

Requirements:

Minimum degree holder with a relevant discipline such as Accountancy, Finance, Business Management, etc.

Prior experience working in professional service firms, consultancy firms, the banking & finance industry, etc. will be advantageous.

Minimum 10 years of working experience and currently holding a leadership position.

High attention to detail and critical thinking with strong anticipation and problem-solving skills.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, with tact and diplomacy.

Discretion and trustworthiness to handle confidential information.

Good with Microsoft Office tools such as Powerpoint, and Word and any project management tools will be an added advantage.

Meticulous with good organisational skills and time management skills.

The ability to multitask and work under pressure.

High level of initiative and proactivity coupled with excellent people skills.
