(tie • see) is a third-generation, family-owned commercial printer and brand experience provider. Our state-of-the-art facility is located in Oregon, WI, 15 minutes south of Madison. Position Summary:
This
Marketing Manager
position is responsible for assisting with planning, creating, and promoting the company's products and services to existing and prospective customers through the strategic use of written, graphic and video content spanning print and digital publishing mediums.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborates with sales and marketing representatives to fully understand product and communication needs and applies understanding to guide and help produce new content.
Identifies and helps create visual and written assets needed for effective brand and product/service communications.
Proposes and develops communications strategies and campaign tactics, which may include email, social and web, print, video, and other multimedia executions.
Presents design ideas and recommendations to sales and marketing leadership.
Creates and coordinates multimedia packages.
Composes both internal and public draft statements/messages for senior management.
Helps plan, schedule, coordinate/facilitate video production in collaboration with marketing and video production teams through all stages of the process.
Evaluates and reports on the success of campaigns and makes optimization recommendations.
Occasionally attends events as a representative of the company.

Requirements
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
7+ years of related experience preferred. Portfolio of relevant previous projects highly preferred.
Strong design background with Adobe Creative Suite capabilities.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Experience creating, managing and analyzing marketing campaigns. High level of HubSpot expertise is preferred.
Additional years of education and experience may be substituted for each other, as determined by Human Resources.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills that may include public speaking and presentations.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time and project management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proactive approach to seeking guidance, information and resources needed to efficiently accomplish tasks.
Team player capable of collaborating closely with others, voicing opinions, and taking feedback to elevate project outcomes and team synergy. Great work with a great team is fun.
