Four-yeardegree in Accounting or Business CPA or CPA candidate is a plus Must have a minimum of two tax busy seasons Prepare Federal and State Individual, Corporate, S-Corporation and Fiduciary Income Tax Returns . Prepare quarterly and annual payroll tax returns and forms. Prepare sales tax returns. Ensure clients sales and payroll tax liabilities are calculated correctly and paid timely. Research tax notices andcommunicateswith agencies on behalf of client . Prepare monthly data processing and financial statements for assigned clients. Prepare journal entries and post transactions to general ledger. Reconcile general ledger and prepare adjusting entries. Prepareyear-endaccount reconciliations, work papers, and closing entries. Proficiency with Ultratax and QuickBooks is desired.
