The Senior Tax Consultant will be tasked with executing tax preparation, conducting tax research, and strategizing tax planning under the guidance of the Tax Partner.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Tax Consultant

  • Preparation of tax returns and conducting tax research
  • Identifying, anticipating, and resolving tax-related challenges; providing recommendations with minimal supervision
  • Promoting firm services to current and potential clients
  • Enhancing job knowledge through participation in educational initiatives
  • Meeting productivity and efficiency benchmarks (billable hours)
  • Fostering excellent relationships with clients and team members

Qualifications:

  • BBA or Master’s degree in Accounting
  • CPA certification required
  • Minimum of 3 years of tax experience in public accounting
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with high accuracy and follow-through
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Recent relevant professional experience
  • Ability to think critically and communicate effectively
  • Capacity to prioritize tasks and handle various assignments
