Provides in-person A/V technology support role when in-person events become voluminous, in addition to on-call technology support for Watson Institute classroom and conference spaces. Is available to assist with video and podcast productions as needed.Major responsibilities include: Provide high quality editing, handling, and delivery of all recorded events from post-production to delivery on the Watson YouTube channel.Assist Multimedia Production Specialist with online and in-person A/V support. As a result, all Watson Institute event recordings are successfully delivered, scheduled, and disseminated to the Watson YouTube channel. All Watson events are provided with appropriate tech support as-needed. Working with the Event Production specialist to provide in-person support for overlapping events on the Watson campus when the volume is high.Being available in-person at least 3 days a week for on-demand requests for A/V technology support. As a result, all in-person events, meetings and conferences are supported and successfully produced.Work to provide support for Zoom webinars, YouTube live-streams, and maintain the proper scheduling, maintenance, and communication of all on-line planned events. As a result, all Watson on-line, virtual events are properly prepared, scheduled, and supported.Provide assistance on video shoots with camera work, lighting, sound setup or other supporting actions as needed. As a result, all video productions are properly supported, ensuring a high quality end product.Provide assistance on podcast recordings with monitoring audio recording software, technical setup and editing final product.
