As we continue to expand our market presence beyond retail and enhance our brand reputation, we are seeking a talented Brand Marketing Manager to join our marketing team.Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications, the Brand Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in defining and disseminating LiquidPixels message to the world through written, visual, and experiential mediums.This role will work alongside our Growth Marketing Manager in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand recognition, generate leads, and support sales efforts.Excellent writing skills are imperative for this position. In addition, the ideal candidate will possess a combination of creative flair, an eye for exceptional design, talent or interest in graphic design, and a solid understanding of B2B and B2E marketing principles.Are you the right person for the job?Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or related field3-5 years of experience in corporate or brand marketing, preferably in the B2B technology sectorExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and proficiency in crafting persuasive messaging that appeals to a sophisticated and technically savvy audienceStrong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is preferredExperience working in HubSpot is a plusDemonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and influence cross-functional stakeholdersAnalytical mindset with experience in using data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROIWhat will your role look like?Craft compelling messaging and content across various channels, including website, social media, email, blogs, whitepapers, case studies and moreCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and prioritize our content roadmap to align marketing initiatives with business objectives, product launches and sales goalsRefresh and manage the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing collateralConduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiationUtilize analytics tools to measure and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, optimize performance, and provide regular reports to managementManage and execute the creation of visually appealing and engaging marketing materials including graphics, sales enablement tools, presentations, and moreOversee and provide guidance to external creative resources as neededStay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in B2B marketing to continuously improve marketing effortsWhat can you expect in return?Hybrid work model, with 2-days in the office and 3-days working from homeComfortable, fully equipped office spaceFlexible hours11 total paid holidays, 3 of which you choosePaid vacation and sick timePaid volunteer time401k with employer matchMedical, dental, and vision coverage with significant employer contributionEmployer paid short and long-term disability, and life insuranceAll employees are encouraged to take training as part of their development goals, and we also support any of our employees that wish to continue their formal educationJoining our team at LiquidPixels offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of an established organization providing valuable enterprise-level visualization solutions in conventional and evolving worlds of AI and special computing.If your application is successful, we will schedule a 30-minute call with you and the Hiring Manager.
