The Role

To help drive the success of this effort, we are currently searching for marketing expert who is driven by a shared passion and understanding of how to help our customers succeed in this rapidly evolving industry. The Solutions Marketing Manager is responsible for the execution of programs and projects dedicated to creating awareness and driving product consideration within our Materials Solutions Division.

What you'll do:

Develop and Manage Sales Enablement Programs

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to articulate clear and differentiated value propositions for our solutions. Communicate the unique benefits and competitive advantages of our offering to our targeted audiences.
  • Develop product and application training materials, manage materials repository and training calendar.
  • Develop and deliver sales training programs to equip sales teams with the product knowledge to effectively engage with our customers and prospects.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment between sales, marketing, and product managers.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives. Track and analyze sales performance, training outcomes, and content engagement and identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop Content and Marketing Campaigns to Drive Product Consideration:
  • Create compelling content including marketing campaigns, case studies, thought leadership, presentations, web content, advertising, and event messaging to support the sales process and effectively communicate the value of our solutions.
  • Ensure product launches are properly supported with sales packages, promotions, and activities.
Manage Marketing Campaigns:
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to generate demand and interest. Collaborate with subject matter experts and marketing teams to develop content, promote, and measure content effectiveness.
Measure Performance:
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of solutions marketing initiatives. Analyze campaign performance, sales pipeline metrics and market trends to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.
What we seek:
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Communications, Business Administration or other related field with an emphasis on marketing, advertising, or public relations
  • At least 5 years of progressive professional experience in a related marketing role
  • Experience with digital and social media marketing & analytics
  • Proficiency with HubSpot and/or Salesforce a plus
  • Experience planning trade show participation is preferred
  • Creativity and ability to develop and implement new, innovative sales and marketing solutions
  • The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, possess strong organizational skills, ability to make informed decisions, and have ability to manage multiple projects within a dynamic environment
  • A thorough understanding of/willingness to learn the semiconductor and/or adjacent market buyers, their behavior, and channels of communication to reach and influence them;
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across business units within the organization
