This role will report to the Sr Director of Infrastructure Growth Management within the OCI Infrastructure Capacity organization, and will be responsible for: Responsibilities: Producing 6, 12, and 18-month demand plans for: Network hardware, cabling, optics, DC materials, and low voltage vendor labor Negotiate contracts with low voltage vendors to ensure optimized commercials and SLA performance Maintain cadence with all stakeholders to ensure planning accuracy Ensure long term plan and inventory strategy is integrated with long term hardware roadmap Automating and improving the hardware planning process and methodology Lead a team of 3-4 strategic planners Qualifications: 7-10 years in cloud/hyperscale networking or data center capacity planning 7-10 years experience leading high functioning teams Ability to communicate information to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders to tight deadlines and often shifting priorities Ability to work cross-functionally with sourcing, Supply Chain, Delivery, Network Capacity, Networking and Connectivity teams, and gain buy-in to achieve a common goal
